1. Delivery Coverage
TalaBuy currently offers delivery within select areas of The Gambia.
We are expanding coverage gradually and will notify you if your area becomes serviceable.
2. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered through:
- Local motorbike couriers
- Our trusted logistics partners
- In some cases, pickup from designated points may be required
We are actively working to expand and improve our delivery options — including future support for scheduled delivery, inter-city delivery, and regional drop-off partners.
Some products may show “Pickup Only” if delivery is not yet available in your area.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 1–5 business days
- Delivery time depends on location, product type, and availability
If there are delays, our team will notify you directly.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs will be shown during checkout or product listing
- Some items may offer Free Delivery during promo periods
- “Pickup Only” items will not include shipping charges
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is currently limited to select products and zones
- Products eligible for COD will be clearly marked
- Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for the order when it arrives
6. Tracking
For now, order tracking is manual. Customers will receive:
- An order confirmation
- A delivery update via WhatsApp or SMS when their order is on the way
Automated tracking will be available in future updates.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:
- We will attempt a second delivery
- If still unsuccessful, the order may be canceled without refund
8. Policy Updates
As TalaBuy scales, our delivery partners, tracking system, and coverage areas will improve. This policy will be updated accordingly.
