1. Platform Use

TalaBuy is a digital shopping platform designed to offer customers in The Gambia access to a wide range of curated products. By using our platform, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable terms.

2. Product Listings & Pricing

All prices are listed in Gambian Dalasi (GMD) and include taxes where applicable. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability and reflect current inventory.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout and may vary depending on the product or fulfillment method.

We are actively working to integrate additional payment options to make checkout more convenient for all customers.

Please ensure your contact details and order information are accurate before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee changes after confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is not available for all products yet.

It will only be offered on select items that clearly state "Cash on Delivery available" in the product description. Most orders in Phase 1 will require advance payment at checkout. TalaBuy reserves the right to decline COD orders where it’s unsupported or presents high delivery risk.

5. Delivery & Pickup

As we continue to build our logistics network, delivery options are limited during Phase 1.

Unless otherwise stated, most orders must be picked up from our designated location, which will be shared at checkout or via confirmation message.

We are actively working to expand delivery coverage and will update eligible areas and services as they become available.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility is clearly listed on each product page. Products marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” are not eligible for return. If eligible, returns must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, and the item must remain unused and in original condition.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after approval.

7. User Responsibilities

All users must use the TalaBuy platform responsibly. Fraudulent activity, misuse, or any actions that harm the customer experience may result in account suspension or removal.

8. Changes to These Terms

TalaBuy may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and app. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
